How much do you believe such a phone should be selling for? RM1500? RM2000? RM2500? Wrong on all counts. This unbelievable phone will set you back only RM1300 – RM1350. Comparing other phones with such features and you will see that the other phones will cost at least around RM2000 (as of Dec 2010).
People looking at Samsung phones nowadays inevitably goes to see Samsung’s Galaxy S (I9000). That phone is still costing above RM2000 the last that it was checked. And what main advantages that Galaxy S owners have other Wave?
– Larger 4″ Super AMOLED screens
– Andriod OS with TouchWiz interface instead of Bada OS with TouchWiz interface
That’s about it. Oh. Galaxy S owners get a plastic case phone compared to Wave’s metallic body. These few differences will cost you an extra RM700 at least (network subsidized phones not withstanding). Are you prepared to shell out the extra?
